Customer Order - Crown Majesta C Type Imported from Japan

Now eligible for export to the USA is the 170 series Toyota Crown Majesta, which comes equipped with either a 3L straight-six or a 4L V8 engine. The V8 variant provides options for both 2WD and 4WD configurations. Featured today is the top-of-the-line 4L V8 1UZ-FE VVT-i variant in C Type trim.

The C Type model boasts Toyota’s H∽ (infinity) TEMS Air Suspension, while the A Type offers a more traditional coil-sprung suspension. Positioned between the Crown Royal Salon and Celsior in Toyota’s lineup, the Majesta is designed to deliver luxury akin to the Celsior but within a more uniquely styled JDM package.

Interior options include leather or wool upholstery, similar to the Toyota Century, and this particular example showcases the wool interior. It is also equipped with a rare tilt and slide sunroof option. Advanced features for the year 2000 include an EMV touch screen unit that integrates all climate controls. Rear seat passengers benefit from separate air conditioning, power reclining seats, and a rear fridge for chilled beverages.

In terms of comfort for various weather conditions, the Majesta is equipped with heated mirrors and a pop-up rear window sunshade.
